Delivery within Ukraine
Delivery by postal operators
Orders starting at 2000 hryvnias (except goods with discount) are sent at our expense. The cost of delivery of orders up to UAH 1,000 is determined by postal operators.
- Nova Poshta (delivery time 1-3 days)
In case of delivery by Nova Poshta courier to the address, we are not responsible for the delivery time and the ability to contact the courier. In case of timely shipment of the order by NESAMOVYTO, Nova Poshta is responsible for possible delay and inconsistency of delivery time intervals.
- Ukrposhta (delivery time 3-5 days)
In case of delivery by Ukrposhta courier to the address, we are not responsible for delivery times and the ability to contact with courier. In case of timely shipment of the order by NESAMOVYTO, responsibility for possible delay and inconsistency of time intervals deliveries are borne by Ukrposhta.
Express delivery by time within the city of Kyiv (+150 UAH)
If you need to deliver the goods on a certain date with a limited time interval or receive the goods on the day of ordering, you can order courier delivery. The additional cost of delivery is UAH 150. In case our couriers are overloaded, we will send your order by taxi delivery with a lift service.

The cost of delivery depends on the country of destination and is calculated individually after placing an order.

- Ukrposhta: delivery time from 14 days, delivery cost on average UAH 400-600
- EMS express mail: delivery time from 7 days, delivery cost from UAH 1,000
Returns
In accordance with the laws of Ukraine return of goods is possible during 14 days from the date of purchase. Return delivery is at the expense of the buyer.
Funds are returned to the account within 7 working days after Seller receives the goods and details of payment account.
